Klapertart(Coconut-tart) Grandma
It was spring time and we harvested a lot coconut. And my mom said : "Have a idea with these much coconut?" Then i said to mom for making cake from these. And mom named it :*klapertart"-- It was historical and war of "klapertart" that me fallen from coconut tree because shot by Nederland, and that day i was at village Lanchas, Iceland. And God came by person himself and tookcare of me, because nobody knew and i cured in Heaven. And coconut color became reddish to whole country Iceland. How could it be reddish inside?
